Manufacturing Facility : Unit 1

Furnace

To meet the production capacity we installed 350KW furnace with the capacity of 150KG and 300 KG crucible. We also make provision of 500Kg crucible in future to meet high production capacity

Sand Plan

To meet quality needs of customer we installed sand plant for auto making mould sand with better quality. This sand plant is totally PLC controlled for batch mixing and moisture addition, to control the quality and consistency of the sand require for moulding. We have arrangement to supply sand from the sand plant to all the molding line that we have installed. We have a 100 tons storage capacity which receives return sand after the knockout phase. This plant continuously reclaim sand an making new sand in the batch of 300KG with automatic intensive mixer and later which is used in making mold.

Moulding Machine

To meet the quality of casting we installed auto jalt sqeeze moulding machine of 300 KG load capacity. With auto making mould we control harness of mould in every batch continuously. So with the use of auto jalt sqeeze moulding machine we control defects of castings which occur due to hardness of moulds .

Core Facility

To meet the requirement of different types of core in castings, we installed Two core shooter for making core upto 20KG. To meet the high volume of core use in day to day molding of castings. We also making various types of core with the help of core oil, Co2 and also with the help of No back sand as depends upon castings

Shot Blast Facility

To meet the day to day requirements of cleaning of castings, we installed Shot Blast machine with the capacity of 250KG. With the help of Shot Blast machine we clean all castings in-house so it is possible to make fast delivery of goods.

Lab Testing Facility

To meet the parameters of castings we have in-house lab testing facility. We have spectrometer to check chemical composition of casting in day to day production. we have hardness tester for checking hardness of castings at the end. Also we have sand siever testing machine, mold hardness tester, sand Moisture tester

Manufacturing Facility : Unit 2

Inspection of Raw Material

To meet the production capacity we installed 350KW furnace with the capacity of 150KG and 300 KG crucible. We also make provision of 500Kg crucible in future to meet high production capacity Physical testing of every Raw Material according to control plan with reference to Raw Material Standard of every castings and other parts together. In Process Inspection

Final Inspection

100% Visual examination of every part created according to characterized plan with reference to visual imperfections like activity missing, rusts, blow holes, shrinkages, damages of parts, print marks and other required examination.
Separate tag and Recognizability of non-adjusting items at conclusive stage. Final Inspection • 100% dimensional assessment of major basic components of little Resistance according to characterized control plan with reference to drawing arranged before dispatch.
Testing dimensional assessment of every single basic measurement according to characterized control plan with reference to drawing arranged.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection :

Pre-dispatch examination before dispatching the items to client according to their necessities alongside review report and separate distinguishing proof of investigated tests with reference to client or internal drawings.
